GANAPATHI looks to hold every chance of making a winning debut over fences. The Willie Mullins trained six-year-old made a bright start to his Irish career but has failed to build on that since the turn of the year. Switching to chasing could be the making of the horse and he was just about the best of these over hurdles. Genois is a lightly raced gelding who has the potential to be quite smart. An impressive winner of his maiden hurdle at Naas, he showed plenty on a sole outing over fences after. Ash Tree Meadow also had smart form in maiden company last year so should be considered in a tight affair. If anything, though, he may just want a bit further than this trip.
