Race Tip

A strong pace is guaranteed with the likes of For Pleasure, Stepney Causeway and Elixir De Nutz all confirmed front runners in the field. For Pleasure, who finished third in the Supreme at Cheltenham, led a merry dance on his chase debut here earlier in the month before falling four out where he brought down EDWARDSTONE. Alan King's gelding had jumped well until that point and is worth a chance to make it third-time lucky over the larger obstacles, having unseated on his sole attempt last season at Doncaster. Although a front runner, it wouldn't be a surprise to see Elixir De Nutz ridden more patiently and with the yard's runners in better form this season, this former Grade 1 winner over hurdles could easily bounce back to form.
