TOP OF THE CHARTS, who won four races during the summer of 2019, has come down to a mark which enables him to compete in a lower grade and ran well to be sixth in better company at Limerick last time. He was no match for the impressive winner, Fairyhill Run, but wasn't far behind the placed horses and first-time blinkers are an interesting addition. Arrycan was a wide margin winner on just his second start over fences at Downpatrick. He may not have beaten much on that occasion but has to be respected on handicap debut. Pat Coyne was runner-up on his last outing over fences at the same venue and is open to more improvement in this sphere, while Western Sea is from a stable going really well at the moment and should come on from his first run of the year, which saw him finish fifth behind the in-form Downthecellar at Tramore.
