Race Tip

INDULGING hasn't run since May but ran promisingly when last seen. A free-goer, he was pitched into a smart winners' race at Navan, finishing his race well and while his absence is a concern, a reproduction would give him every chance. Skilled Warrior is capable and ran well in a Leopardstown handicap latest. He should run another solid race and has trip and ground in his favour. Kojin is similarly capable and ran a nice race at Galway last month. Tellthemi'mhere has run well in defeat to smart types, was outclassed at Listed level at Galway but holds badly drawn Split Passion by 0.75L on Leopardstown form. Moving For Gold is reasonably capable but might find a few too strong. Davids Lad took connections to exciting places like Fairyhouse, Aintree and the High Court in the 2000's, and today's runner, David's Lad, of the same name but carrying an apostrophe, a E5,500 yearling purchase, is a half-brother to no less than Alexander Tango, who ended up winning the Grade 1 Garden City Stakes
