Aiden Brookes and DESERT QUEST built up a nice little partnership over the summer, winning at Ayr and more recently over C&D last month, with conditions to suit today, there appears to reason to suggest why they can't make it a three-timer. Purple Reign didn't appear to stay the two miles when he was strongly fancied at Ripon at fortnight ago and this drop in trip looks more suitable. Jamih has gone up 3lb for last month's Thirsk success over 1m4f but this extra yardage could spark further improvement and he is another to consider.
