Race Tip

NATIONS PRIDE made a winning start to his three-year-old career in comfortable fashion at Meydan in February when landing a hat-trick of wins. The son of Teofilo is likely to continue the excellent run of form for his stable with victory here potentially throwing him into the Derby picture, despite him needing to be supplemented for the race. Hoo Ya Mal is bred to stay well on the dam's side and shaped well when third to Native Trail in the Craven, with that effort suggesting he would benefit from going up in trip, while Subastar won nicely here last September, in a maiden that has worked out particularly well, and the well-bred colt, whose dam is a half-sister to Dubawi, is open to any amount of improvement.
