Race Tip

Tolstoy was a smart juvenile and was not disgraced in the Coventry at Royal Ascot and the July Stakes at this venue. He makes his reappearance off a mark of 96 and should play a key role, but it may be worth taking a chance on ROBJON. Richard Hannon's representative is yet to add to his maiden success at Brighton but ran some solid races in defeat, most notably behind Tipperary Sunset in a decent race at Beverley. He has been gelded over the winter and made a reasonable return at Kempton last month. Rossa Ryan takes over from 7lb claimer Liam Browne and he can continue his excellent start to the season. Pocket The Profit will likely be popular amongst punters following his demolition job at Pontefract last week and he should remain competitive despite the 6lb penalty.
