Race Tip

It is interesting to note that FIGHTING FIT has only once run left-handed and that was when well beaten in a maiden hurdle at Navan but, even allowing for that slight concern, he takes the eye here off bottom weight after a good run at Fairyhouse. The Kayf Tara gelding was strongly fancied on handicap debut in this sphere and ran well to chase home Arahecan. He's 5lb better off with the winner and the tongue-tie worn for his two wins over hurdles is back on. Arahecan, another whose form is all going the other way around, won by five lengths on that occasion so has to be respected even with a hefty impost to shoulder. Espion De Chenet didn't fire at Aintree last month but had been very progressive prior to that and is a course and distance winner.
