Race Tip

CRASSUS was a maiden hurdle winner on heavy ground during the winter and has plenty of good placed efforts to his name on the Flat. He had Djasek back in third when runner-up at Navan in March and there was little wrong with his second to Dazzling Darren at Galway. The War Command gelding can make the breakthrough in this discipline under Colin Keane. Ivy Avenue has been admirably consistent since winning at Cork in the spring and was a winner on heavy ground at this venue last year. Lighthouse Lady is a long-standing maiden who reserves her best for this track and she has good place prospects, while Matilda With Me won a couple of times in the early part of the summer and could play a part if recapturing that form.
