Race Tip

A very competitive summer beginners chase with many runners holding a rating in the 120's over hurdles. LOW SUN was certainly the pick of these over flights winning valuable handicaps at Fairyhouse and Galway for Willie Mullins as well as the Cesarewitch in Newmarket to earn total prize money in the region of half a million euros. He was sold for a modest enough 25,000 pounds at Doncaster last month and is now switched to fences on his first start for Denis Hogan. Golden Spread was a smart sort in bumpers but has been absent for well over a year since landing a 2m6f Navan maiden hurdle, while the locally trained Flindt won a maiden hurdle at this venue and made a pleasing start over fences when dividing Fan De Blues and Raya Time at Punchestown recently. Bread And Butter, Construct, Fusain and The Gunner Murphy add further spice to an interesting contest.
