Race Tip

SECRET REPRIEVE had been off the track for a year when running a fine race in fifth in December as he tried to defend his Welsh National crown off a 6lb higher mark 2019. The eight-year-old doesn't have many miles on the clock compared with most of his rivals and this looks to have been the plan for some time now. Sam Brown was just touched off by Royal Pagaille at this course last month and is feared most. Lord Du Mesnil won this last year and he also warrants respect.
