Consistent maidens so quite competitive. MAXINE DU MONDE disappointed a bit last time as favourite but didn't travel well and is a lot better than that. She had been knocking hard prior. SPACE ODDITY finished behind MAXINE DU MONDE the last time they met but she had to overcome a wide draw and has since turned in cracking efforts. She could much improve on previous poly runs. HIROSHIMA was close-up in her penultimate which has turned into a decent form line. She has a plum draw and should fight it out. Western Cape filly PORT ADELAIDE could enjoy the surface - she must be watched.
