Race Tip

RECTORY OAK showed a great attitude when scoring at Wincanton in March, out-battling Majestic Merlin by a short head. The Joe Tizzard-trained gelding should have no concerns with the track and trip and the likely good ground is also sure to suit. Balkardy was a cosy winner at Plumpton last month and while he has been given a 5lb rise for that success, he could still be well treated. Jubilympics has cheekpieces applied for the first time and his rider claiming a 7lb allowance makes his an intriguing runner.
