Race Tip

SOLOMN GRUNDY was a useful handicap chaser a few years ago when placed in the Paddy Power Chase at the Leopardstown Christmas meeting and won a couple of point-to-points when switched to Sean Doyle last autumn. The Westerner gelding has progressed nicely in three hunter chase outings since and accounted for a number of these rivals when taking the Tetratema Cup in good style at Gowran Park last month. Jury Duty has won six times and earned over 200,000 in prize-money with a career high rating over fences of 156. He still retains plenty of ability as evidenced by a defeat of Stand Up And Fight at Thurles in February. Dylrow should benefit from his recent run behind the selection, while Cloudy Tuesday scored in good style at Thurles but has more on his plate here.
