Race Tip

NATIONAL GENERAUX is of interest on his second visit to Dundalk. He was beaten four lengths into fifth at this track in November and the form looks more than decent. The winner went in again here the following month, while the horse a neck in front of him in fourth was then good enough to land a Dundalk maiden last month. National Generaux gets blinkers for the first time. Thunor is feared. He was backed ahead of his Dundalk debut but ran green in finishing fourth of five runners. He could leave that run behind now. His stablemate, Hypernova, is frustrating his backers after being placed in five of his six outings in Dundalk. He is likely to race prominently from stall five and you would think there is one of these in the 75-rated colt. Tawaazon showed improvement to finish half a length second over C&D last month. Colin Keane has been booked for newcomer Tiny Bit who is worth a market check.
