EPSON DU HOUX is capable at this level and reappears over an ideal trip and on suitably soft ground. He progressed well over fences last term, running nice races in Fairyhouse and Punchestown handicaps and comes here a nicely experienced type. Weihnachts reappeared with a good third-placing at Down Royal last month and is well suited to this trip. Noble Yeats' lack of chase experience told in the early stages of his recent course defeat and while he is open to improvement, has plenty on his plate under top weight. Halsafari is useful and ran well here last month but hasn't won since December 2019. Golden Jewel blundered early on, when favourite, at Thurles recently and is capable of better, judging by his 132 hurdles rating. Everlastingpromise's best form is on a sound surface while Arahecan disappointed a little at Down Royal.
