MR GLASS was pitched into strong company when contesting the Grade 1 Tolworth Hurdle at Sandown in January. He was well beaten that day, but hindsight can attest that finishing third behind runaway Supreme Novices' Hurdle winner Constitution Hill is no disgrace. The selection then went to Wincanton and was beaten once more, but he lost his front shoe and that effort is best forgiven. If he runs to his best now upped in trip, he could prove hard to pass. Monbeg Genius must be respected, though he will need to take a step forward on previous efforts, while One For The Wall is consistent and can be in the mix once more. Admirals Edge is the only debutant in the field, but is not discounted.
