APRILS JOY can follow up her hurdles win at Downpatrick last month. The daughter of Ask was a game winner over timber last time having run well on the level on her return to action at Cork the previous month. She is on the same rating as when third to Odd Venture over ten furlongs on her seasonal debut and stepping up in trip here should suit. Royal Admiral has slipped to a nice mark on the turf and with young Adam Caffrey taking 10lb off his back the Ado McGuinness-trained gelding has to come into calculations in this grade. Tenth Amendment is another veteran who shaped well at Fairyhouse last time and appears to be on a competitive rating.
