Race Tip

WISHED couldn't go the gallop on handicap debut over 6f at Naas but stayed on strongly up the hill to finish fifth. He's been given plenty of time to mature since that promising effort in early July and will appreciate stepping up to 1m. He's back against his own age group too after taking on some gnarled older handicappers last time. Clarinbridge is one of only three previous winners in the line-up and can be forgiven a poor run on heavy ground at Cork. She landed a 7f handicap at Gowran in August and was runner-up over course and distance earlier in the season so clearly handles the track. Celtic Revival, fifth at Dundalk last month, showed up well when fourth over course and distance in June and was less than a length off Clarinbridge on that occasion.
