Five of the seven Arkle victors who have attempted this double since the turn of the millennium have succeeded and it wouldn't be a surprise to see the eight-year-old continue the trend. His main rival appears to be Gentleman De Mee, who has taken a big step forward on his last two outings over the larger obstacles.
